General Description:

Hiawana Creek Ranch is a beautiful property located in north-central Atoka County near the county seat of Atoka, Oklahoma.  The ranch covers approximately 1,105 acres and has nearly 160+/- feet of elevation change.  General access to the property can be gained at several points along paved McGee Creek Road or all-weather Half Bank Road.  Once on the property travel by pickup is limited but a four-wheeler can be used to access most of the property.  Interior access could easily be enhanced by building some ranch roads.  The primary water feature on this ranch is Hiawana Creek which starts on the property and encompasses approximately 850 acres of drainage before leaving the property to the west.  With this large amount of drainage and specific elevation features along Hiawana Creek near the western boundary, it appears that a very nice potential lake site exists.
