Description:
Located just two miles from pavement, the gently rolling terrain is ideal for building a home or cabin for a permanent or second home.  The most notable feature on the property is the 5 +/- acre pond that is home to several species of game fish and attracts waterfowl in the fall and winter.  Enjoy a picnic by the water under the pavilion just off the banks of the pond.  This property offers hunting, fishing and the ability to run about 20 mama cows.  Beautiful rock formations span the land creating visual interest and variety.  In the southern portion of the property lies an old gravel pit which could be resurrected to provide gravel for roads on this property.  Electricity and rural water are accessible from the county road that fronts the north boundary.  Access to the property is gained off of CR E 1510 which is a county maintained gravel road.
